It was great to see one of my old pupils a couple of weeks ago. I was back at my old school for the summer fair and she came along to say hello (and some other really nice things). I was really blown away and I wanted to prove that what I told her was true. Her beautiful picture of Paul and Temperance that she drew for me about 7 years ago now, is still on my office wall, albeit in a different school, and people still comment on it. I haven’t forgotten about Paul, and I’ll be getting back to him in the summer, but most of all I haven’t forgotten people like Darcie, whose enthusiasm for the story gave me the impetus to keep it going.
